Terms and Conditions


         


 Hey, we're not big on rules but there's just a few things 



  • We supply all staff, plates, napkins, cutlery ( high quality disposable), service area tables, tablecloths, tents, all condiments/bread 


  •  We serve our foods buffet style full service ( **minimum 40 persons**)

       

  •  We require aprox. 10' x 20' for our prep and cook area


  • Our serving area is 10' x 20' (buffet style tented)


  • Our service time usually lasts about an hour or whenever your guests have finished eating


  • We will clear the tables after service and remove all waste from your venue when we leave


  • If you require a more formal setting (ceramic plates, silverware ect) we request that you be responsible for the selection, delivery, and set up of these items


  • Please let us know in advance if your some of guests require special dietary considerations


  • Kid's menu available upon request


  • We require a 25% deposit upon booking in order to hold your  date


  • We do not provide pre-tastings for wedding bookings


  • Drop off and Take out service available upon request and by pre-order  (**minimum 25 persons **)


  •  Ribs (Side) are an additional $2 per/per person above quoted prices
